Typically we aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours. We may be able to offer quicker services for some repairs, while others may take a little longer. When you drop your device off we should be able to advise on the length of time for your specific repair.

We would recommend backing up any data that you have on your device before dropping it off.

Each repair is different, but all prices are displayed on the website. We always agree the price and provide an estimate for the work for you before carrying out the repair. If, for any reason this price changes, we will consult with you before carrying out any work. You have the choice to proceed or to collect the device in the same condition you dropped it off in. All our prices include VAT at the current rate and there are no hidden extra charges.

Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard and cash. We are unable to accept cheques or any other form of payment.

We use high quality replacement parts and the most up to date repair processes. However in the unfortunate event something goes wrong we guarantee the parts we have repaired for 6 months, from the date of collection. We do not offer a guarantee on liquid damaged phones or if the phone has since been repaired by a 3rd party.

Whilst we take care in everything we do, the manufacturer would rather you use them to repair the device, often at a far greater cost, or buy a new product from them. As a result they make a decision to void warranty due to non-authorised repairs.

We test the device before and after the repair. We put it through a full diagnostic test to check over 40 individual functions in order to make sure the device is working as you would expect. We are also able to identify any faults that have not been reported and advise you of these.

We offer it on nearly everything. Unfortunately we cannot offer it on liquid damaged units. Where a diagnostics fee is charged we will refund this should you wish to have a repair carried out.
